  • Pick-up and delivery of personal items/favors to the facility(s), and placement of items per your instruction
  • Confirmation with suppliers to provide itinerary
  • Pre-event coordination to accept deliveries, check set ups, place favor
  • Assist family upon arrival
  • Event coordination by Professional Coordinator during the event to oversee itinerary events, insure for proper servicing of event, guest satisfaction and proper billing amounts.
  • Post-event assistance gathering personal items and gifts for transport
  • Efficiently identify and resolve potential problem areas before and during the event
  • "Event Emergency Kit" available
