relax and “be a guest at your own event”,
while Kathe and her staff work behind the scenes to make sure everything goes as planned.

Wedding Day Direction Package

Pre-wedding Service:
Personal, professional consultation with Kathe:
  Walk-thru your ceremony and reception facilities
Offer advice on itinerary planning and timing
Offer advice on set ups and guest flow
Confirmation with supplier
Visit with client to pick up favors and personal items for placement as instructed
Attendance at your Wedding Ceremony Rehearsal
Detailed itinerary of events to share with client for approval
Abbreviated itinerary of events to share with facility and vendors
Continuous phone and email support throughout the planning
“Day-of” Services:
Pre-event coordination
  To insure for proper setups of ceremony and reception sites
Accept and inventory deliveries
